The Darkness Inside

Nothing much to say except this poem, i'm tired of fighting.

I lay in the dark

Curled up in a ball

I’m scared for my life

For no reason at all

I have irrational fear

That grips me tight at night

During the day its no more than an ache

My head pounds

My insides twists together

She just looks at me

What little defence I have shatters

I feel like a helpless child

I’m stuck in the web that she’s weaves

And I feel the only to escape

Is to end it all forever.
